[ When Arietta first comes back to the village, she doesn't think much of it. Sure, there are a few new faces around, but she was kidnapped right before another New Feather cycle.

But as she makes her way back to House 47, things seem a bit strange. Dated, even. And they only get stranger when she finds out just who else is in House 47.

Finally she decides enough is enough, and goes for the journals.

Anyone who's met Arietta might notice that at the moment, she seems a bit... well. Older. ]

Hello. Um, I was wondering. Is Yushen listening to this? Or Wiz? [ Who else has been in Luceti for a long time...? ] Cloche?

If any of you hear this, I want to talk to you...

Well... I thought that was possible here. There's already different people here who seem to be... like the same. I'm even living with the person I'm going to reincarnate into.

... How?

I'm not sure how. Lots of things happen here that should be impossible. But I guess for me and Korra, it helps that even though we share the same soul, we're a lot different otherwise.

But how do you get reincarnated?

Well... It's part of the Avatar cycle in my world. Because the Avatar spirit is a special spirit that's been around... like, forever. Whenever one Avatar... passes on, the spirit gets reborn in another nation. So one day... It'll happen to me, too. All part of the Avatar cycle.

Do you think that would happen to the Fon Master?!

[ Arietta, no, stop. ]

Y-you mean Ion? [He says, nervously. He doesn't quite know about his friend's fate ~~at least I think he hasn't~~.]

It's hard to say for sure. This kind of thing works differently for different worlds, after all. But... I like to believe that all life gets to carry on in some way. That death isn't really... truly the end.

[That awkward moment when the one person to have already suggested that Auldrant reincarnation could be possible for Ion in particular was Jade.]

[ Character collisions! Those happen from time to time whoops. ~~Says the person with two characters strongly attached to Ion~~ ]

Do you think I could find him again? If I go home?

[He flinches a little at that - Ion's dead - and he tries to address her through his frown. She's older, at least - so he can pretend that Ion has more time at home.]

It's - it's hard to tell. If someone gets reborn, it'd take a lot of work to find whoever it could be. [He tries to go on - quietly, but with a note of hope.] But... but it's not impossible. No one is ever gone forever. They always will leave pieces... even if it's just the love that's left behind in the hearts of the people they knew.

[ She listens intently, nodding. ]

In that case... I'm sure I'll find him. Even if I don't remember this, if I ever find him, I'll know it. So all I need to do is meet a lot of people!

That's a good way to think of it. And think of all the friends you'll make in the meantime! And... you can still see him here in this world, in the meantime.
